My teaching philosophy:

"Regardless of differentiating circumstances or backgrounds, music is for everyone. As an educator, I hope to share the knowledge I possess of this art form and enlighten others with the transformative power of music. I expect excellence from my students, encouraging them to constantly strive for something greater. Within the realm of harp technique, I teach the Salzedo method and emphasize rich tone production, strong playing, and relaxed movement. I push my students to succeed, but nurture them to see music as one of their greatest rewards and skills. Through outside resources, wisdom from great past professors and mentors, and my own intuition, I hope to make the learning process a creative and exciting journey."
